The following Email was sent out to all Active Customers on 11/13/23
Dear AudioVideoweb Customer,
During the past 3 years our company has gone through some very difficult and challenging times. When Covid hit and other companies shut down so quickly our revenues plummeted. We have tried very hard to reorganize our business strategy to work our way through things but unfortunately we have not been able to get back to anywhere near the levels we would need to be at to sustain. Our team has been great and have tried very hard to keep it going. All this said, we are sorry to say that we will have to close our doors as of December 30, 2023.
The schedule closure will be implemented as follows:
December 1, 2023 - Telephone Technical Support will no longer be available.
Email support continues through December 29, 2023 via e-mail address support@audiovideoweb.com
Email support hours will be available Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm EST - Weekends will no longer be available.
All monthly billed accounts with billing dates from Dec 1st till 30th can continue service during this time. Billing will be charged on the regular bill date but will not be prorated. No refunds will be given for this period. So, if you are billed on the 15th of December, you will pay in full on the 15th and will have access to your streaming services until the end of day December 29, 2023. You also have the option to deactivate your account the day before your December billing date to prevent another month's billing charge.
December 30, 2023 – All streaming services capabilities and all add-on services will be shut down. All AudioVideoweb technology will no longer be accessible. Archived content will be deleted permanently.
Please make sure you have copies of all archived content as it will NOT be retrievable after December 29, 2023.
We would like to thank all of our current and past customers for working with us over the years and wish you all good luck in your businesses in the future. Again, we are truly sorry for the disruption this may cause as switching to an alternate streaming service may be challenging at first but we are sure other companies will be glad to help you make the move.

Our final closing date for all systems and accounts including the ability to issue refunds will be January 31, 2024.
It is important that any and all exchange of documents and refunds be completed by then.
After January 31, 2024 there will be no further refunds or communications available.
